MAP Certification Training

MAP stands for Medication administration program. With a MAP certificate, you are able to safely administer medication to individuals in need of assistance to take their medications, be it a loved one in need of med assistance to maintain independence in their home, individuals living in group homes, state funded sites, or even nursing students or pharmacists in need of getting comfortable with medication administration.

MAP Recertification Training

A Certified staff is eligible to Recertify if they are in good standing on the MAP Registry. MAP recertification is the training and evaluation to keep your certificate active, being that your MAP certificate is only good for 2 yrs. You are eligible to recertify your MAP certificate 90 days prior to expiration and one year from expiration. The expiration date of the Recertification is two years from the last day of the month in which the Recertification was issued.
